1.    Call the Meeting to order:  Chairperson Sue Cavner

2.    Approve minutes of the January 26, 2026 Commission meetings

3.    January 2026 financial report:  Lori Johnston

4.    Operations Report:  James Looney –

a.    Recap, including twelve-month water loss   Utility 26%  average 24%

b.    Water -    

c.    Sewer –   I&I  147%   

d.    Maintenance -    

e.    Office Report –   Meter Audit 90% completed. 

5.    Approve water adjustments

6.    New Business –

a.     Paying for repairs / maintenance to water storage tanks.

b.     HomeServe leak insurance for customers.

7.    Old Business -

a.    Progress continues at Irons Fork.  At 60% complete.  Starting on Clarifier #2 this week.

b.    Wastewater update – actual construction begins this week.

8.    Coming up.   Two new employees have finished their distribution 3 classes.  This week, I’m getting them registered to test.

a. Recap, including twelve-month water loss Utility 20% average 24%

b. Water -

c. Sewer – I&I 196%

d. Maintenance -

e. Office Report – Meter Audit 90% completed.

5. Approve water adjustments

6. New Business –

a. Audit is being scheduled

b. Two tank inspections are complete. Others should be completed within the month.

7. Old Business -

a. Progress continues at Irons Fork. At 60% complete.

8. Coming up. Two new employees will complete distribution classes Feb 10-12 and will be ready to be scheduled for the exam.
